Renovation of a warehouse building of the Liechtensteinkraftwerke to a workshop building with restaurant, administration and sales shop on the ground floor. The previously unheated building receives a new thermal building envelope. Complex heat bridges got special covers. All windows in 3-pane glazing. Floor heating in the ground floor and radiators in the upper floors are used as a room heating system. The heat is supplied via a district heating. A mechanical ventilation system ensures good air quality in all rooms, the heat recovery is 75%.
