Heating system by floor heating with individual room temperature control. The heat is provided by a groundwater heat pump for each building. Two of the 3 individual buildings will have decentralized, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Photovoltaic panels on each roof produces electricity for the heat pump and the other electric appliances.
